Dress Code
The purpose of dress code is to establish a school environment that supports a productive academic atmosphere, which supports students' learning and reflects the educational values of the staff and the parents. The students must wear their uniforms with pride and ensure that they look neat and presentable at all times. As long as a student is on the school rolls, he/she must always come to school in prescribed school uniform for the day, also during the practical and extra classes.
If the students are not dressed properly, a fine of Rs. 50/- will be imposed on them.
ID card is compulsory. If the students are not wearing IDs, then they have to pay a fine of Rs. 50/-.
Absence
When your child is absent please notify the front office by sending a note in the Almanac on previous day or by sending SMS.
No student who has been absent on the previous day will be allowed to attend the class unless his/her parents has entered an explanation stating the reasons for the almanac, for each day the student has been absent from the school.
It is the responsibility of the parents to ensure that they have entered the relevant information and signed the almanac. For absence of more than three days on Medical Grounds, Medical Certificate shall be attached along with the application.
A student returning to school after sufferning an infectious or contagious disease, should produce a doctor's fitness certificate permitting him/her to attend school.
All students are expected to attend school on opening day immediately following the vacations. Absence on the day of reopening of the school will attract fine/strict disciplinary action.
It is compulsory for students to complete 85% attendance in each term or unit in order to be eligible to take the end-of-term assessment. Of failing short of which the student will not be allowed to appear in examination during that year. This stipluation can only be relaxed on genuine medical grounds, at the sole discretion of the Principal.
The name of a student who is absent for 15 days without prior notice/leave application shall be struck off the roll. On re-admission, a fee of Rs. 100/- will be charged and Rs. 1/- per day woll be charged as "absence fine".
Note: If the attendance is below 75% then as penalty all the discounts will be cancelled.
Withdrawal
One calendar month's notice is to be given by the parents/guardian in writing before withdrawal of a student.
If a parent of newly admitted student/s intends to withdraw his/her ward before the completion of his/her first academic year, he/she is liable to pay the complete fee prescribed for the whole academic year.
If a parent wants to withdraw his/her child from the school after completion of one complete academic year, he/she has to submit an application for the same in the prescribed format latest by February 15th, falling which, the 1st Quarter fee for the next academic session will be charged. If such withdrawal fails on or before September 30th, he/she is liable to pay the Second Quarterly fees in full and after Setptember 30th, the fee for the whole academic year is to be paid in full.
School Leaving Certificate will be issued only after the clearance of all dues. Parents shall not make any claim to Caution Deposit, which will be refunded only after the audition of account after 30th April.
Leaving early
No student can leave the school premises during school hours without the written permission of the Principal, which may be granted under exceptional circumstances, based on a written request of parents and they are allowed to go with parents/guardians only.
Fee Rules
The school session starts from April and ends in March, which is segrigated in quarters and fee payable quarters are April, May & June as First Quarter, July, August & September as Second Quarter, October, November & December as Third Quarter, and January, February & March as Final Quarter. Fee is to be paid in First Month of every Quarter in January, the fee is to be paid by 20th of the the month: in case of delay, Rs. 10/- for each day i is to be levied.
If fee is not paid for the entire quarter, then admission name will be struck and re-admission fee of Rs. 600/- is to be paid beside monthly/quarterly fee.
Tution and transport fees are payable for twelve months in a year.
Fees should be paid in either cash/cheque/online.
In case of payments through cheque, the account department will issue a temporary receipt to the parents and final receipt will be issued to them after clearance of cheque for online payment parents need to submit the printout of the screenshot of payment to the account department for Issue of the receipt for the fee deposit.
In case of bounced cheque, a return charge of Rs. 500/ and late fee will be charged from the parents till the date of payment.
Students will neither be allowed to sit for examinations nor will they be shown their results cards/answer sheets until all dues of the school are cleared.
Admissions granted in the middle of the session are entitled to pay the tution fees from the beginning of the session.
Fees once paid will not be refunded.
The fee structure is subject to revise on yearly basis to meet the constant fluctuation in the cost of living and according to changing price index.
Any fee paid for a particular student is not adjustable with the other student.
Loss of fee book shall entail a fine of Rs. 50/- for issue of a new fee book
Rules governing withdrawal/suspension:

The Principal is not satisfied with the general conduct of the student, on the campus.
The student is absent from the school campus without sanction of leave, for more that 2 weeks, during the session/term.
The student is found to practice unfair means in tests and exams.
If the parents/guardians fail to pay the subsequent installments of the school fee on time, their child/ward is liable to be withdrawn from school, after giving due notice to the parent/guarding regarding the same. Under such circumstances th caution deposit will be forfeited and Leaving Certificate will not be issued till dues are e cleared.
A student whose name has been struck off for absence without leave and who is habitually late or presistently careless and indisciplined may not be re-admitted to the school.
All enteries of absence, late-coming or half-day leave shall be made in the school diary and not on sheets of paper.
If it is found that the student does not put in the minimum efforts to score the qualifying marks for promotion, inspite of the best efforts of his/her teacher, the Principal may terminate the admission of such students, after issuing a warning.
In matter of admission and issue of "Leaving Ceritificate the decision of the Principal is final and binding on the parents/guardians of the student concerned.
Attendance Requirement (75%)
CBSE mandates a minimum of 75% attendance for students to be eligible to appear in board examinations.
Attendance is calculated for the entire academic session.
Schools are required to maintain proper records of student attendance.
General Leave Policy
Students must submit a leave application in advance for planned absences.
Leave requests should be signed by a parent/guardian.
Approval of leave is at the discretion of the school authorities.
Medical Leave
If a student is unable to attend school due to illness, they must submit a medical leave application signed by a parent/guardian.
A medical certificate from a registered medical practitioner must be attached for extended leave due to illness.
The school may verify the authenticity of the medical certificate if necessary.
Consideration of Medical Leave for Attendance Shortage
If attendance falls below 75% due to genuine medical reasons, students can apply for condonation of attendance shortage.
A detailed medical certificate and necessary documents must be submitted to the school.
Final approval for relaxation in attendance will be given by the school authorities.
Special Cases for Attendance Relaxation
In cases of prolonged illness, accidents, or exceptional circumstances, the school may grant exemptions.
Consequences of Less Than 75% Attendance
Students failing to meet the 75% attendance requirement without valid reasons may not be allowed to appear for examinations.
The school will issue warnings and reminders to students at risk of low attendance.
Final decisions on appearing the examination with low attendance will remain with the school authorities.
